I use your information to:

• Reply to enquiries and discuss your photoshoot
• Plan, provide and deliver the photography service you booked
• Send you a private link to your edited photos
• Take payment and keep the records required by law
• Maintain and improve my website

I process information when it’s needed to take steps at your request before booking, to fulfil our agreement, to meet legal obligations or, where applicable, with your consent.

How are your photos used?

Your photos are used to edit and deliver the photography service you booked. I will only share them on my website, social media or other promotional materials if you have given permission. You can tell me if you prefer your photos to remain private.

Who may receive your information?

I may share your information with trusted service providers that help me run my photography business:

• Pixieset provides private online galleries where I deliver your edited photos.
• OVHcloud provides my domain registration and website hosting.
• bunq is my bank and processes payments made to my business account.
• Moneybird helps me prepare and manage invoices.

These providers receive only the information needed to provide their services.

How long do I keep your information?

I keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Invoice and tax records are kept for the legally required period.

I keep your photos for up to one year after your photoshoot. Private online galleries may be available for a shorter period. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
